Thanks for the report. When you say you built the most recent version
of Phylocom, do you mean 4.0.1b?
There is some debug printout code built into Phylocom but that
shouldn't be appearing unless you're using the '-d' flag when you run
the program. Can you send an example of exactly how you're invoking
Phylocom to get this to happen, what version of gcc you're using, etc?
You can do this off list.
