[phylocom-user] allocating more memory to phylomatic

Hi Everyone,

Is there a way to allocate more memory to phylomatic? I have a very large
supertree (~20,000 taxa) that I would like to run bladj on.

I could try breaking the phylogeny up, of course, but I thought there might
be a more elegant solution?

Thanks for your help.

Jean
